2. 处理的数据
- 用户点击扩展时，读取当前标签页的 Bilibili 视频地址、BV 号和分 P 编号。
- 从 Bilibili 获取视频标题、CID、音轨编码、码率和临时媒体地址。
- 下载任务会短暂保存在 Chrome 本地存储中，并在任务完成或失败后删除。
- 音频字节从 Bilibili 的媒体服务器直接传输到用户浏览器，并由扩展内置的 FFmpeg WebAssembly 在本地处理。
3. 我们不会做的事
- 不会将视频、音频、浏览记录或下载记录发送给扩展开发者。
- 不会出售、出租或分享用户数据，不包含广告、分析 SDK 或跟踪器。
- 不会读取或保存账号密码。浏览器可能将现有 Bilibili Cookie 随必要的 HTTPS 请求发送给 Bilibili；扩展本身不会读取、复制或另行传输 Cookie。
4. 权限说明
由于 Bilibili 媒体文件可能由动态 CDN 域名提供，扩展声明了可选 HTTPS 主机权限；只有用户开始下载时，Chrome 才会显示实际域名并请求授权。
5. 数据保留与安全
扩展不运营远程数据库，也不保留用户活动记录。临时任务数据在任务结束后删除；生成的音频仅保存在用户选择的本地下载位置。所有 Bilibili API 与媒体请求均使用 HTTPS。
6. 用户责任与第三方服务
用户应仅下载自己拥有权利、已获授权或法律允许保存的内容。Bilibili 是独立的第三方服务，其自身条款和隐私政策仍然适用。本扩展与哔哩哔哩或其关联公司无隶属、授权或背书关系。
7. 变更与联系
如果本政策发生实质变化，页面将更新生效日期。隐私问题可通过 Chrome Web Store 商品页提供的开发者支持渠道联系我们。

Privacy Policy
Purpose
Bili Audio Getter lets users select an audio stream from the Bilibili video they currently have permission to access, then save the original audio or convert it to MP3 locally. It does not bypass login, payment, membership, region, DRM, or other access controls.
Data processing
After a user clicks the extension, it processes the current Bilibili video URL, BV identifier, page number, title, CID, audio format information, bitrate, and temporary media URLs. Task metadata is stored briefly in Chrome local storage and deleted when the task finishes or fails. Audio travels directly from Bilibili media servers to the user's browser and is processed locally with bundled FFmpeg WebAssembly.
No developer collection
The developer does not receive or retain videos, audio, browsing history, download history, credentials, or cookies. The extension contains no advertising, analytics SDK, or tracker, and does not sell, rent, or share user data. The browser may attach existing Bilibili cookies to required HTTPS requests; the extension does not read, copy, or transmit those cookies elsewhere.
Permissions and retention
Permissions are used only for the user-facing download workflow described above. Because Bilibili media can be served from changing CDN domains, optional HTTPS host access is declared, but Chrome requests access only to the actual CDN domains used for a selected download. Temporary request-header rules and task data are removed when the task ends. Output files remain only in the user's chosen download location.
Third-party services and contact
Users must download only content they own, are authorized to save, or may lawfully use. Bilibili's own terms and privacy policy continue to apply.
